St Patrick's 'day' moved to 15th

St Patrick's 'day' moved to 15th (July 18, 2007)
from http://www.ireland.com/newspaper/breaking/2007/0718/breaking85.htm
“Bishops were left with sore heads after they discovered the traditional March 17th festivities will clash next year with the second day of Holy Week.”

I am sure St. Patrick himself would approve of the shift.

I expect some people will have sore heads, but the bishops should not. The rules about which church feast takes precedence have been very well documented for many centuries.

It will be fun to watch the discussion in the mass media next March ;-)>

Of course he would approve -- if anyone's going to agree with Rome, it's a Roman!
