Despite viability not having yet been demonstrated for a new Welsh language Newspaper, Welsh Heritage Minister, Rhodri Glyn Thomas is prepared to more than double the money currently earmarked for promotion of the language and culture, which includes the new Newspaper.
That's the spirit!
