Language problems dog opening of bypass oral hearing

"The oral hearing on the proposed Galway City Outer Bypass has been dogged by language problems since proceedings began on Tuesday. Residents from Gaeltacht areas along the route of the road have hit out at the lack of translation equipment at the hearing, as well as the lack of Irish language literature available during the public consultation process."
