"News that the functions of the Irish Language Books Board (Bord na Leabhar Gaeilge) are to be transferred to Foras na Gaeilge was contained in a press release issued by the minister's office on Friday afternoon....But there had been no prior consultation with board members about the move and several of them only heard of it later on Friday in Irish language media reports."
